History of HTMLBLOCK
HTMLBLOCK is a small Internet business established in 1997. HTMLBLOCK started as a personal project that I (Philip Smith) worked on in my spare time from home. I developed tools to protect my personal homepage to stop people stealing source code and other website elements. Later I discovered what I was developing was a unique market at the time and decided to put all my hard work into one software package to sell to webmasters all around the world now known as HTMLBLOCK (powered by gpanel). Since its release others have followed, but HTMLBLOCK always has been ahead of the competition and will continue to for the foreseeable future...

In my spare time I enjoy programming in XHTML, CSS, PHP, ASP, Flash and JavaScript.
I'm very proud of the work I do and would like to share some of my efforts by asking you to feel free to validate any webpage on this website using the W3C services.
This website passes the W3C validation service for being XHTML 1.0 Strict and have CSS pass at level 3 with no warnings or errors. I personally also believe the majority of this website meets requirements for the Triple-A conformance to web content accessibility guidelines 1.0.
